Meet Our Central Government Guests

It’s time to meet our Central Government team who’ll be joining us at our Local vs Central Government debate.

First up on our Central Government team is Liam Kernaghan. Liam is representing the National Party at our debate, as their 2020 Candidate for Taieri. He has a wealth of experience in major law reform projects, and in his spare time has been a seven-time New Zealand bagpipe champion!

Joining Liam is Chlöe Swarbrick. Following her high-profile run for the Mayoralty of Auckland in 2016, Chlöe was elected to Parliament on the Green Party list in 2017 and became the MP for Auckland Central in 2020.

Rounding out the Central Government team is Camilla Belich. An experienced employment lawyer, Camilla was elected to Parliament in 2020 as a Labour List MP and is based in the Epsom electorate.
